United Way of Treasure Valley

United Way of Treasure Valley offers all employees a flexible and responsive workplace.  Family and quality of life activities are accommodated with flexible work schedules.  Regular family-style lunch meals provide employees an opportunity to relax and visit with each other in ways that build strong interpersonal relationships beyond work tasks.  We are a small staff that serves our community every day so an 'all hands on deck' workplace means a great deal of cross-skill building, opportunities for a change of activities and tons of laughter.  Employees are encouraged to be involved in other non-profit organizations and activities that bring them joy.  Paid volunteer time is a valued benefit.  Every employee is empowered as a leader.  We support each other in our work activities and beyond.
