Neuhoff Communications Twin Falls

Neuhoff Communication, Twin Falls operates on four basic principles that are reflected in everything we do.

GRIT: Means we stick with it whether it is tracking down and reporting a difficult story to digging until a prefect marketing solution for a client is found to reaching out to and completely covering the eight counties we serve.

Community: Means we give back with recurring programs. We host a twice annual Drug Drop in partnership with the Twin Falls Police Department where people can safely dispose of unused prescription medications. The Southern Idaho Food Drive is in partnership with the local newspaper, The Times-News where we broadcast from locations all over Southern Idaho collecting non-perishable food items to benefit the Idaho Food Bank. All donations remained within the eight counties we serve. This year our annual Toys for Tots/Christmas for Kids campaign raised thirty-thousand-six-hundred-ninety-seven toys that were distributed to five-thousand-one-hundred and-eight children all across Southern Idaho.

Innovation: Means there are many ways to be helpful. In addition to the large promotions, we are also always looking to be of service on a smaller scale. For example this year we got wind of an eighty-four year old woman who was being fined by the city because there was too much trash on her property. Several employees put on gloves and coats and we rented a giant dumpster then filled it to the rim and paid her fine.

Excellence: The above three values inevitably lead to our fourth principle, Excellence. It is our mission to consistently serve the eight counties of Southern Idaho with fast and accurate news and information, support those organizations and groups that do public works and nurture our internal culture so that every employee of Neuhoff Communications, Twin Falls is honored to be of service.
