The restaurant industry is hard industry to work in but we feel we provide our employees with more than a job. With the turnover rate very high in hospitality/restaurants we have a very high retention rate because of the environment we have set in our business. We are blessed to be located in a community as amazing as Twin Falls. With so many great attractions and opportunities for new business we are blessed to see many people from all over the world. Building our business to be more than a restaurant but an image & representation of our community makes our employees feel a part of something more. We have been blessed to be a host of many dinners & events that have brought great things to our community. The introduction of Chobani & Clif Bar are a couple of prime examples of growth in our community that we were able to be a part of to show guests what Twin Falls is and has to offer.

When an employee is hired on we have a step-by-step training process in play to assure that each individual is set up to succeed in our business. Cross-training is required and necessary for our industry and we allow our employees to learn all the "tricks of the trade" so they are well rounded and able to find their niche within our walls.
